Gone for a While...

We’re really proud of the Tick Tock Taxi online booking system. There’s nobody quite like us on the market; our website is easy to use and easy on the eye, our prices are competitive and our standards are high. However, like all new companies, we’ve encountered a few hurdles along the way and to be the very best, we still need to make some improvements. We could easily carry on as we are, bringing our customers a good service. But that’s not enough for us: we want to be number 1!

After a trial period with cab offices around London, we’ve learned exactly what we need to do to make Tick Tock Taxi the best way to book a cab. We’ve taken feedback from our customers and cab offices, and will be working hard for the next couple of months to perfect our service. This could take a while; we hope that you’ll be patient and come back to Tick Tock Taxi when we’re back up and running.

We’re going to relaunch with some amazing new features in the New Year. When you book a cab with us, you can expect a clean, prestige car with a smart, knowledgeable driver. No run down cars that smell of cigarettes, no drivers who don’t know where they’re going. We’re offering you a premium taxi service at a cheaper rate than leading cab companies!
