In this quality guide we establish the standards of the cab offices that work with us:

All the drivers...

  • Are licensed with Private Hire Driver’s license and are Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked.
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude towards customers.
  • Have a good command of the English language.

And all the cabs...

  • Are clean and no older that 5 years old.
  • Operate a no smoking policy both inside and outside the cars.
  • Meet certain environmental standards.
