Who we are

Tick Tock Taxi works in partnership with cab offices. Our booking delivery system is based on geographic areas of London; each time a customer from your area books a cab with us, we deliver this booking directly to you.

How we work

Customers enter their information (where they are, where they want to go and their telephone number) on the Tick Tock Taxi Site.

Tick Tock Taxi shows the journey fare, distance and approximate time, and customers book a taxi directly from us.

We select the cab office that is near the pick up location, and immediately send them an email and a text message informing them about the booking.

The cab office has 5 minutes to accept the booking and calls the customer directly to confirm it.

All the cab offices can also view their account online at any time, check if they have newly entered bookings and review the old ones.

Bookings

We deliver the bookings starting nearest to your cab office.

If 2 cab offices are closer than 1 mile, we deliver the bookings randomly.

If you don’t accept the booking we have sent to you, we deliver it to the next cab office (that also means you can get jobs from your competitors).

Our Trip Fares

Our trip prices are an average between more than 30 cab offices in London, however cab offices can set their own fares.

The fare that appears on the website is the one that the customer will pay.

The customer will either pay the driver in cash at the end of the journey or pay us with credit/debit card via the website.

Contract

We charge NO monthly fee to the cab offices to be included in our database.

We only take 10% commission from the credit/debit card bookings; you keep 100% of all cash bookings.

We will pay you your 90% of credit/debit card bookings every week.

You can cancel the contract at any time, just with one week's notice.
